EELC has classrooms to serve infants (ages 6 weeks to 12 months), toddlers (12 to 36 months), preschoolers (3-4 year olds), pre-kindergarten children (4-5 year olds), and school age children (5-10 year olds). Facilities also include a library, a great hall for family-style meals and special events, an on-site kitchen, a children's kitchen, office space, and a staff lounge. Centra Health Foundation provided funds for a medical and health education room to be used by doctors, dentists, counselors, nurses, and others who volunteer their time for training classes to enhance the health and safety of the children, their families, and staff.
Outside can be found a wrap-around deck, slides, and stairs; all of which provide easy access to a playground that includes a tricycle trail, varied play equipment, child-sized basketball court, sand box, basketball court, amphitheater, yard house with restrooms, and a tricycle barn.
