Lynchburg College's Center for Family Education has been involved in providing parent-training classes. Parents are offered free evening classes that extend over a six-week period. Graduate students and staff teach these classes. Topics include managing temper tantrums, dealing with biting, developing effective listening and problem-solving skills, and many others.
