There is approximately 40 staff at the Center. Staff reflects diversity in terms of age, ethnicity, and educational background. All staff members receive on-going training in child development and early childhood education practices. Training is provided by Lynchburg City School District and Lynchburg College staff. Also, funds to support teachers' attendance at professional conferences are provided on a limited basis.
